Spencer Murphy is the State President of Truist for West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania, bringing a wealth of experience from a long tenure in commercial banking. Previously, Spencer served as a Middle Market Banking Leader at Truist from 2021 to 2024, as well as holding various leadership roles at BB&T including Market President and Business Services Officer.
