Steve Evans

Steve Evans is a Senior Technology Manager at Truist, overseeing Major Incident Management since March 2022, having previously held similar roles at Kyndryl and IBM. With a strong background in service management and incident resolution, Steve has also worked at SunTrust in various capacities, including Major Incident Manager and Service Manager, where a focus on process improvement and cost savings was achieved.
