Tom Conger is a seasoned Mid-Range Operations Manager with over 16 years of experience in technology management and project management in various international and domestic firms. They have a strong background in overseeing complex projects, including data center migrations, software development, and business relocations, having successfully managed large-scale deployment projects for organizations such as IBM, IHG, and the U.S. Navy.
