Wayne Hilt is a cybersecurity executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in various sectors, primarily focusing on the financial industry. Currently serving as the Head of the Business Information Security Office at Truist since 2025, Wayne has previously held executive roles at notable institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Huntington National Bank, and Optiv Inc. With deep expertise in strategic planning, operational execution, and cybersecurity advisory, Wayne has consistently driven improvements in cybersecurity KPIs and KRIs across organizations. Wayne holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from West Virginia University, completed in the early 1990s and early 2000s.
