John st. Clair

John St. Clair serves as the Head of International Strategy and Senior Relationship Manager at TruTechnologies since July 2025. Previously, John held the position of Vice President of Operations and Project Delivery at Abt Global from 2020 to April 2025, where significant contributions included establishing the first global operations team and implementing enterprise-wide systems for project management. Prior experience includes a tenure at RTI International as Vice President/Senior Director of International Offices, overseeing global operations across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, and earlier roles in financial planning and analysis at organizations such as Motricity and Open Source Risk Management, Inc. Educational credentials include an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
