Jun Chen is a data analyst at Trulieve since April 2021, specializing in the development of comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making. With a strong proficiency in statistical techniques and data interpretation, Jun has contributed significantly to the company's retail expansion efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Domain Transfer / Customer Support Specialist at Sedo.com, where Jun coordinated high-value domain transfers and resolved customer issues through cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, participation in a Data Science Career Track Course at Springboard provided Jun with over 550 hours of hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and data analysis, culminating in two capstone projects.
