Ryan Sprouse

Ryan Sprouse has over 15 years of experience in human resources and administration, with a career that began at Western Refining as a Retail Payroll Administrator from December 2004 to March 2013. Afterward, Ryan held various HR roles, including Human Resources Supervisor at Olgoonik Corporation from June 2014 to February 2017, and HR Director at EXOS from February 2017 to October 2020. Ryan continued to excel in human resources management as a Human Resources Manager at High Grade AZ from June 2021 to November 2023, and currently serves in the same capacity at Trulieve since April 2025. Educational qualifications include a Psychology study at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, Humanities from Northern Arizona University.
