Theodore Branson currently serves as the Quality Assurance Supervisor at Trulieve since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the productivity and personnel relations of Quality Assurance Techs and Shift Leads, and collaborating with department managers to meet operational needs. Prior roles at Trulieve include Quality Assurance Lead and Quality Assurance Technician, where duties focused on quality monitoring and batch processing. Theodore began the journey in the cannabis industry as an IPM Spray Technician and initially worked as an Entry Level Outdoor Harvest Specialist. In addition to the cannabis field, Theodore has been the 2nd Horn at the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra since September 2019 and previously served as the Band Director at Wakulla High School from July 2017 to January 2019, guiding students in performance preparation. Theodore holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Florida State University, earned in May 2017.
