Gene Baker

Gene Baker has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gene founded TruMed Systems in 2012, a healthcare supply chain technology company specializing in AccuVax, a smart refrigeration and inventory management system for vaccine storage. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Strategy & Business Innovation at CareFusion from 2010 to 2011. From 2000 to 2011, they were the CFO of Nature's Cure, Inc. Gene also held the position of President at Hudson Bend Corp. from 1996 to 2000. Before that, Gene worked as the Director of Specialty Care at Omnicell from 1994 to 1996, and as the President of HeartScan at Imatron from 1991 to 1994.

Gene Baker attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics and Engineering. Gene then completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, Gene Baker also holds a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Minnesota.
