Taylor Wright

Taylor Wright is a Mechanical Project Engineer at TRUMPF North America since September 2014, with experience in mechanical engineering, sheet metal design, and drafting. Responsibilities include creating detailed machine models in SolidWorks, designing and testing sheet metal parts, and facilitating communication with vendors. Taylor has also served as a Sheet Metal Design Instructor and has a background as an intern focusing on sheet metal part design and production issues. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Ace Hardware, where Taylor demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and managed various retail and equipment rental tasks. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University, earned between 2011 and 2016.
