Frédéric SAMSON

Frédéric SAMSON is currently the Responsable SAV Laser Technology at TRUMPF, where they manage the installation of laser sources and five-axis machines while overseeing operations, training, and relationships with various factories. Previously, they held the position of Responsable SAV/Service Client at ILLIG France SARL from 2017 to 2022, managing a team and developing service strategies for multiple countries. Frédéric also served as a Profit Center Leader at Angst+Pfister, where they defined sales strategies and developed marketing tools. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer in various companies, where they focused on customer engagement and market strategy. Frédéric earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mechanical Engineering from the Institut français de Mécanique avancée between 2000 and 2004 and completed a Baccalauréat Scientifique at Lycée La Colinière Nantes.
