TruNorth Consulting offers services and online tools for the development and ongoing iteration of an aggressive new product strategy. The complete system includes customer-centric data collection, strategy information filters, industry knowledge feedback and a simple formula for building in business wisdom.

That simple formula is GAUGE, a measure of future success on five factors - market Gap, unfair Advantage, Unique value, Gain model and Execution ability. Higher scores predict faster time to exit. Regular reviewer feedback reduces risk through rapid strategy iteration. The system archives everything, reducing the cost and risk of due diligence.

GAUGE has been under development for five years, the logical career extension of a software developer and marketing executive who built and launched major products at Sun Microsystems, GeoWorks, Certicom, Avaya and EMC. A GAUGE Early Access Program currently supports startups from the fintech, clean tech and biotech industries.

If you need a strategy boost for your exciting new idea, explore how the GAUGE system can make a difference for you. For more information, please visit www.trunorth.com, or connect through LinkedIn with a specific request for guidance.
