John Gallagher

John Gallagher serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Trupanion, with a career spanning from March 2017 to the present, holding various leadership roles including EVP of Global Shared Services and General Manager for Canada. Prior to Trupanion, John co-owned Mt Diablo Soap Company from January 2011 to April 2018 and held positions at T-Mobile and Time Warner Cable, where responsibilities included managing call center operations, training programs, and customer relations. Early career experiences include a role as Member Service Representative at Contra Costa Federal Credit Union. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from College of the Desert.
