Marty Schecter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marty currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at TruRating, where they lead a global product team focused on product strategy, UX, and development. Prior to this role, Marty was the Global Head of Product Management at TruRating.

Before joining TruRating, Marty worked at Struos LLC as a Principal. Marty then moved on to become the Senior Vice President of Strategic Services and Innovation at The NPD Group, where they led a global team and played a key role in various business initiatives.

Marty also served as the Vice President of Product Management at ElectrifAi, overseeing new product strategy and leading the technical product management and UX team. At Informa Tech, they held the position of Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for Ovum, managing a team and driving growth in marketing and customer success.

Prior to their tenure at Informa Tech, Marty worked at John Wiley and Sons, where they held several leadership positions, including VP Global Product Strategy, VP Product Management and Marketing, and VP Digital Business Development and Product Management. Marty also worked as the Director of Product Development and Management and the Director of eBusiness Development during their time at John Wiley and Sons.

Marty's early career involved co-founding and being the CEO of Juxta Digital, a digital agency specializing in various industries. Marty also worked as the Senior Director of Product Development and Executive Producer at On2.com, where they developed and launched On2Movies, a successful interactive television broadband website.

Marty Schecter holds an Executive MBA degree in Finance from Rutgers Business School. Marty also obtained an MFA degree in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona and a BA degree in Physics from Washington University in St. Louis. Marty has additional certifications in the form of the Pragmatic Marketing Certified – Level V (PMC-V) from Pragmatic Marketing, obtained in April 2016, and the Rutgers Executive MBA Lean Innovation Certificate from Rutgers Business School, obtained in March 2015.
