Christopher Young

Christopher Young has over 18 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Christopher started their career in 2001 as a Senior Programmer and Team Lead at Exponent, where they worked on a project to develop Military training applications and provide heads-up real-time combat information to troops in battle. In 2003, they became a Software Developer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, where they designed and implemented applications to provide better visibility into case management. In 2007, they joined Integrum Technologies as a Scrum Master and Agile Software Developer, working on teams with two to fourteen members to develop projects with scopes ranging from a few weeks to 4+ years. Christopher then moved to Gearflow.com in 2010 as a Technical Founder and Lead Software Engineer, succeeding in the goal of taking a software project from simple idea to revenue. In 2013, they became a Software Developer at WebPT, where they worked on building sturdy, changeable software that would enable a revolution in the Health Care industry. In 2014, they joined Tanga as a Software Engineer, working to map software to the domain of their business using Domain Driven Design (DDD). In 2018, they became a Senior Software Development Engineer at StrongMind. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Trusona as a Senior Software Engineer, serving as a team lead where they spend their time planning and developing new product features with highly collaborative disciplines.

Christopher Young attended Scottsdale Community College from 1994 to 1995.
