Truss Tender is a proposal development partner for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firms pursuing public-sector RFPs.

We know the reality. Your team is stretched thin, proposals pile up, deadlines loom, and proposal work becomes reactive, rushed, and added on top of full-time responsibilities. Your PMs are burning out writing proposals after hours instead of managing projects. Great RFPs cross your desk but you don't have the bandwidth to pursue them. Revenue walks out the door.

Truss Tender exists to change that.

We handle your entire proposal process from compliance matrices and proposal writing to professional design, qualification packages, content library setup, and interview prep so your team can focus on delivering great projects.

We bring real-world experience with complex public-sector procurements and understand how evaluators review proposals. You don't have to teach us how public RFPs work. We're already fluent.

Our process is simple: Share the RFP. Quick kickoff call. We build it. You review and win.

Proposal development should be strategic, not stressful. Repeatable, not chaotic. Scalable, not exhausting.

Our mission is to help strong AEC firms compete consistently without sacrificing their people or their standards.
