Josh Clarridge

Josh Clarridge has a diverse work experience with a focus on software engineering and cloud infrastructure. Josh is currently working as a Software Engineer at Truss since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Sr. Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer from March 2015. Josh also has experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Performance Software Corporation in November-December 2014 and as a Computer Science Intern at the Department of the Navy from June-September 2014. Before transitioning into the technology field, Josh worked as an Editor, Web Production, and Perl Programmer at Code Publishing Company from October 2006-June 2014 and as a Tutor at Basic Skills Tutoring from July 2004-August 2006.

Josh Clarridge has a diverse education history. Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Washington in an unspecified year prior to 2003. From 2011 to 2012, they studied Computer Programming at North Seattle College. In 2012-2013, they pursued a Professional and Continuing Education Certificate from the University of Washington. In 2013-2014, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Software Design and Development from the University of Washington. Lastly, from 2015 to 2018, they attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Josh has obtained several certifications. Josh acquired the CompTIA Security+ ce certification in May 2016. Furthermore, they earned three certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) - AWS Certified Developer - Associate in December 2016, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in August 2017, and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate in March 2019.
