Nicholas Hotz

Nicholas Hotz is an accomplished Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and development. Currently at Trusscore since April 2021, Nicholas leads the creation of a custom MES platform, conducts feasibility studies, and drives continuous improvement in PVC extrusion processes. Previous roles include Machinery Assembler at Nuhn Industries Ltd., where production efficiency was enhanced under strict deadlines, and Process Engineer at Environmental & Power Solutions Inc., focusing on water treatment optimizations. Nicholas also has significant experience in sustainable material science, having completed a Master of Applied Science with a thesis on innovative injection molding techniques. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph followed by a Master's degree in Biological Engineering from the same institution.
