Michael's extensive experience encompasses positions as Project Manager at Garver, where project management skills were honed, and as an Engineer IV at Freese and Nichols, in addition to previous research roles at The University of Texas at Austin and the University of Alabama, focusing on pipeline encasement studies and GIS utility mapping. Michael holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama, along with additional degrees in Library and Information Studies, Asian Studies, and English.
