Lance Wilson

Lance Wilson is a Finance Director, Head of SEC Reporting at Trust Stamp. Lance has over 10 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Lance has previously worked as a financial reporting manager, senior corporate accountant, and corporate accountant. Lance is responsible for the SEC report and filing processes, quarterly earnings releases, and external corporate audits. Lance also orchestrates the monthly close process and presents financial results to the CFO and executives.

Lance Wilson graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration in Accounting. Lance then went on to receive their Master of Accountancy from Manderson Graduate School of Business at The University of Alabama. Lance is also a Certified Public Accountant, having received their certification from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy.
