Adam James

Adam James is currently the Service Desk Team Leader at Trust Systems Ltd. Adam has previous experience as a Senior Service Desk Advisor and 2nd Line Service Desk Advisor within the same company. Prior to this, Adam worked as an Information Officer at Solihull College & University Centre and as a PC Support Assistant at GKN Land Systems. Adam also worked as a Data Entry Assistant and Office Administrator at Solihull College. Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networks and Security from the University of Derby, a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT (Software Development) from Solihull College, and completed their GCSE's at Tudor Grange School.
