Derrick Davis

Derrick Davis is an accomplished Intellectual Property Attorney currently serving as the Chair of the Litigation Group at Trust Tree since July 2025. Previously, Derrick held positions at LEGALFORCE RAPC WORLDWIDE as an Intellectual Property Attorney focusing on Trademarkia, and at Kay | Griffin, PLLC, Quist, Fitzpatrick & Jarrard, and Robinson Intellectual Property Law as an Attorney. Derrick's career in intellectual property began as an Analyst at the University of Tennessee Research Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Physiology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
