Zach Ware

Zach Ware is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology, real estate, and venture capital. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Freehouse Capital Partners since January 2019, Zach has focused on private investments in real estate and growth sectors across the Intermountain West and Industrial Heartland. Current roles include Board Member at Harbor and Venture Partner at Trust Ventures, where Zach supports early-stage companies facing public policy challenges. Previous positions include Partner and Interim CFO at Kollective, COO and CEO at Pilotworks, and Managing Partner at VTF Capital, where investments spanned notable companies such as SpaceX and Ring. Zach also played a key role in the Downtown Project at Zappos.com, leading significant urban redevelopment initiatives. In addition to a Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, Zach co-founded Work In Progress Coworking and SHIFT, showcasing a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation.
