Andy Kuchera

Andy Kuchera, NQPA, is an accomplished professional in the financial services and estate planning sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Wrightwood Advisory since September 2023, Andy focuses on the Non-Qualified Plan Sponsor market through bespoke benchmarking and auditing processes. As Co-Founder of Trust & Will since August 2017, Andy has played a significant role in simplifying estate planning for families. Previously, as Area Vice President for Executive Benefits at Gallagher from February 2016 to September 2023, Andy led initiatives related to ICOLI, BOLI, and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plans. Earlier experience includes a role as Executive Benefits Consultant at Sonoma Partners and Chief of Staff for the Texas House of Representatives. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University.
