Trust Your Nature exists for female leaders shaping a better world, and running on empty to do it.

If you work in climate, human rights, social impact, or charity leadership, you know the pattern: giving everything to the work, second-guessing your instincts, pushing through exhaustion to feel like you've earned your place.

That's not who you are. It's how you've learned to survive.

Through Somatic Experiencing® Therapy and Authentic Relating, we help high-achieving women reconnect with their own authority, learn to regulate their nervous system, set boundaries without guilt, and lead from grounded self-worth rather than pressure or performance.

This is 1:1 mentorship, group programmes, and in-person corporate work for female leaders ready to stop self-sacrificing and start trusting themselves.

Founder Nicole Bosky is a certified Somatic Experiencing® therapist and Authentic Relating facilitator (ART International), with over a decade of experience building communities and leading transformative spaces for regenerative change-makers.
