Brad Celmer

Brad Celmer is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Lead L&D Program Manager at TruStage since June 2025. Prior to this role, Brad was the Talent Management / Learning & Development Leader at Enerpac Tool Group from August 2023 to July 2025, where leadership was demonstrated in developing a New Employee Onboarding program, implementing a Learning Management System (LMS), and designing a Leadership Development initiative for over 400 global leaders. Previous experience includes roles as a Learning Technologies Consultant at American Family Insurance, Learning and Development Manager, Learning Technologies Project Manager, and Learning and Development Specialist at UW Health, as well as Organizational Development Manager at Healthgrades. Brad holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
