Brandy Vanderhovel

Brandy Vanderhovel is an accomplished attorney and negotiator with a focus on labor relations, labor law, and employee advocacy. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Michigan State University College of Law, where they became a certified civil facilitative mediator. Brandy served as Assistant General Counsel for the Michigan State Police Troopers Association and subsequently became the Owner and Principal Attorney at Valkyrie Law. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Labor & Employee Relations at TruStage and are advocating for faculty and support staff rights within Michigan's higher education system, while their Tennessee Bar admission is pending.
