Carlos Casali has a strong background in actuarial governance and valuation for life, health, and annuity products. Casali, started their career at ING-Scottish Re as an Actuary, where they worked from 1997 to 2008. Casali, then joined Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America as Vice President, leading a team in financial reporting and earnings analysis for the North American traditional life mortality solutions business. In 2015, they joined TruStage as a Director & Actuary, and later became a VP & Actuary, overseeing the development and maintenance of valuation and projection modeling environments. Currently, Carlos is the Director, Actuarial Governance at TruStage, where they lead a team in designing and executing actuarial controls and managing model risk.
Carlos Casali attended John Brown University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Math. Casali, then pursued Actuarial Science studies at Northern Arizona University from 1996 to 1997.
