David Abuaf

David Abuaf, CFA, currently serves in Pension Investments at TruStage since March 2020, where responsibilities include strategic partnerships with Credit Union C-suite executives and managing model portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients. In addition to this role, David volunteers with the Civil Air Patrol, focusing on emergency management and cadet training. Previous leadership roles include Head of Investments at Forman Investment Services and Chief Investment Officer at Credent Wealth Management, where investment strategies and portfolio management were key focuses. David's background also includes significant analytical and management experience in various asset management firms, including Bexa Capital Advisors and Corbin Capital Partners, as well as roles at Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns. David holds an MBA in Finance, Economics, and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an AB in Economics from the University of Chicago.
