Diana Cloud, PMP, has extensive experience in project and portfolio management, currently serving as the Senior Manager, B2B Service Delivery Portfolio Manager at TruStage since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing key roles to align departmental efforts with strategic goals. Prior to this, Diana held various positions at CUNA Mutual Group from January 2005 to December 2018, including Senior Manager of Design & Development, where leadership was provided to an elite team for Corporate Transformation projects, and Sr. Implementation Project Manager, overseeing teams that supported credit unions with product implementations and mergers. Diana began a professional career at IBM WebSphere from March 1998 to June 2002, managing project planning and communications for campaign launches. Educational qualifications include a Credit Union Management Diploma from Western CUNA Management School, PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a BBA in Marketing and Management from Mercer University.
