Fernando Marín

Fernando Marín is an experienced professional currently serving as the Program Manager for the Organization of Latino Actuaries since January 2023 and as an Analyst III, Actuary at TruStage since March 2022. With a strong background in actuarial analysis and financial risk management, Fernando previously worked as an Actuarial Analyst at Milliman Financial Risk Management and was a founding member of the Unidos employee resource group. In addition to these roles, Fernando is the Owner and Dance Instructor at Social Dance With Me since January 2005 and has an extensive history in the dance industry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Mathematical Finance and a minor in Business from the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from the City Colleges of Chicago.
