Joe Hankey

Joe Hankey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Joe is currently the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at TruStage since 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at CUNA Mutual Group from 2021 to 2023, where they also worked as a Sr. Diversity and Inclusion Manager from 2020 to 2021 and a Diversity and Inclusion Manager from 2018 to 2020. Before their time at CUNA Mutual Group, Joe was an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Extension from 2014 to 2016. Joe also worked at La Casa Norte, where they held various roles including Director of Programs from 2005 to 2013. Other experiences include being an Assistant Residential Director at Burt Children's Center from 2002 to 2004 and an Americorps VISTA at Southeast Regional Resource Center from 2001 to 2002.

Joe Hankey attended Saint Louis University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BA degree in Social Work. Joe later pursued their MA in Counseling at DePaul University from 2005 to 2008.
