Lan Shao

Lan Shao, CPA, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Technical Accountant at TruStage since March 2023. Before this, Lan held various positions at RSM US LLP, including Supervisor in Technical Accounting Consulting and Assurance Supervisor. Previous experience includes roles such as Audit Senior at EOS Accountants LLP and Accounting Intern at the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. Earlier accounting positions were held at companies like Henry Schein and Veeco, focusing on internal audits and SOX compliance. Lan's career began at DENSO as an Associate Director of Accounting, following experience at NICHICON CORPORATION and IBM in accounting roles. Lan earned an MBA in Professional Accountancy from Hofstra University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Dalian Nationalities University.
