Michelle started their career at JPMorgan Chase (formerly Bank One) as a Branch Manager, where they managed the branch office and sold bank products and services. Michelle then joined Associated Bank as a District Manager, overseeing multiple banking centers and coaching sales professionals. After that, they worked at Citizens Republic Bancorp as a Regional Manager, responsible for managing a retail branch network and driving sales results. Michelle then joined TruStage as an Operations Manager, where they positioned sales staff for success and directly managed a team of licensed insurance agents. Michelle later took on the role of TruStage Program Support Manager, leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
