Michelle Polacek

Michelle Polacek has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both veterinary and administrative roles. Since joining TruStage in April 2014, Michelle has progressed through various managerial and consulting positions, including Manager of the Voice of Customer Team and Manager of Speech Analytics. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Veterinary Emergency Service as a Veterinary Assistant and Staffing Coordinator, and at Westside Family Pet Clinic as a Veterinary Assistant. Earlier career experience includes administrative roles at Dick's Sporting Goods and Phillips Exeter Academy, along with a teaching fellowship. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Colby College, a Master in Sports Science from the United States Sports Academy, and a Human Resources Certificate from Madison Area Technical College.
