Murphy Knepfel, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in lending operations and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Execution-Lending at TruStage since February 2014, Murphy Knepfel has effectively managed teams ranging from 10 to 24 employees, responsible for developing document solutions and providing compliance support for credit unions, resulting in over 40,000 documents and 20,000 consultations conducted annually. Prior experience includes a role as Supervisor of Premium Billing & Audit/Collections at Capitol Insurance Companies, where Murphy Knepfel supervised a team focused on premium billing and collections, and collaborated with marketing and underwriting teams to foster profitable growth. A graduate of the Wisconsin School of Business, Murphy Knepfel holds both an M.B.A. in Management and a Bachelor's degree in RMI/Marketing.
