Pat Lytle

Pat Lytle, CCIM, CPM, currently serves as an Analyst in Investments at TruStage, focusing on commercial mortgage loans and investment evaluations. Responsibilities include leading deal discussions and creating presentations for committee review. Previously, Pat held the position of Jr. Analyst in Investments, underwriting and originating loans across various asset classes and supporting multi-investor LIHTC fund investments. Prior to TruStage, Pat was an Assistant Property Manager at Zeller, overseeing financial operations for a significant asset, and at Piedmont Office Realty Trust, assisting in the management of another substantial portfolio. Pat is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
