Qian Xia

Qian Xia, ARM, MBA, currently serves as a Strategy Consultant at TruStage since October 2022. Previously, Qian held the position of Product Support Manager at CUNA Mutual Group Payment Security Innovation Center from August 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities included driving innovation through consumer insights and market research, fostering agile decision-making with business intelligence solutions, and leading the development of predictive analytics tools. Qian also has experience as an Intern in Business Strategy at CUNA Mutual Group and has worked in the insurance industry in various capacities including Staff Underwriter at Bank of China Insurance and Manager at China Pacific Insurance Company. Qian holds an MBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master's degree in Political Economy from Peking University, and a Bachelor's degree in Insurance from Central University of Finance and Economics, in addition to having passed Level I of the CFA Program.
