Sonia Akarsh

Sonia Akarsh has a strong background in business analysis and project leadership. Sonia is currently working as a Business Initiatives Analyst and Project Lead at TruStage since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at Assurant from November 2020 to November 2021. During their time at Assurant, they facilitated discovery sessions, performed cost-benefit analyses, and communicated project value to leadership for approval. From 2015 to 2020, Sonia worked as a Business Analyst at Accenture, where they evaluated business processes, developed and implemented solutions, and created documentation to meet client requirements.

Sonia Akarsh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Osmania University. Additionally, they have obtained the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) certification from The Institutes CPCU Society in 2007. Sonia has also completed the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) certifications from LOMA, but the exact years of completion are unknown.
