Steve Heusuk possesses extensive experience in competitive and market intelligence, primarily with TruStage since April 2005, where roles have included Director and Senior Manager across various capacities focused on strategy, business development, and customer intelligence. Prior to TruStage, Steve worked at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association as Director of Brand Research from 1995 to 2005 and served as a Research Analyst at the Institute of Real Estate Management between 1989 and 1995. Steve holds an MBA in Market Research from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
