Tom Wilcox

Tom Wilcox has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tom is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at TruStage, where they lead the Talent Acquisition Division and manages a team of Early Talent Program Managers, Talent Acquisition Consultants, Talent Specialists, and a Recruiting Operations Consultant. Prior to their current role, Tom worked as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Silicon Valley Bank, where they led a virtual team of recruiters supporting the Commercial Bank, specifically in the US and Canadian Technology and Healthcare Banking divisions. Tom also has significant experience at Wells Fargo, where they served as a Recruiting Manager, Staffing Operations Manager, and Senior Recruiting Consultant, providing full-life cycle recruiting support, managing teams, and implementing best practices. Tom's early career includes a role as an IT Recruiter at TEKsystems, where they managed the full-life cycle recruiting process for technical positions.

Tom Wilcox attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor's degree.
