Randy Schmidt

Randy Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randy currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Alchemy, a Business Warrior company, since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at the same company from August 2021 to June 2022. From 2012 to 2021, Randy worked at Goal Structured Solutions (GS2) in business development. Before that, they owned SideKick Consulting, a dynamic innovative consulting firm specializing in finance, legal, management, and project management. In 2008, they worked as a consultant at First Marblehead Education Resources, and from 1998 to 2007, they held the position of Vice President at AES/PHEAA. Randy's expertise spans various areas, including culture consulting, business development, and operational management.

Randy Schmidt obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at Juniata College, studying from 1983 to 1987.
