Dan Bowen possesses extensive experience in the collections industry, currently serving as the National Collections Manager at Altus Global Trade Solutions since September 1999. In this role, responsibilities include oversight of commercial collections, training, international receivables insurance collections, loss prevention, and legal forwarding. Prior to this, Dan held the position of Commercial Collections/Training Manager at Newton & Associates, where training procedures for the Commercial Collections Department were established, and staff recruitment was managed. Dan's career began as a Commercial Collector at Milliken & Michaels, where a foundation in commercial collections techniques was developed. Additionally, Dan was the President and owner of Credit Adjustments Bureau, focusing on retail consumer collections and legal subrogation claims. Dan holds an education from FJC-Florida.
