Patrick B.

Patrick B. has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Patrick began their career in 2005 as a Deskside Support Technician at Delaware County Courthouse, where they were responsible for handling Active Directory and printer repair in a mixed-mod user environment. In 2007, they took on a role as a Whitewater Raft Guide and Trip Leader at Pocono Whitewater, where they delivered safety briefings and technical instructions for up to 120 guests. In 2008, they completed an internship at King's College IITS. In 2010, they became a Voting Database Administrator at Election Bureau Delaware County. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Harrah's Philadelphia Casino as an IT Support Specialist I, providing intermediate-level support on all platforms. Patrick then moved to Horseshoe Baltimore Casino, where they worked as a Market Engineer II from 2014 to 2016, contributing to the opening and design of the Casino. From 2016 to 2018, they were an IT Manager at Horseshoe Casino, where they maintained a 500+ end-user network with a staff of 6 employees and regulated over 40 virtual servers, supporting over 60 applications. Patrick also implemented a complete hardware refresh for more than 100 printers and 150 computers/laptops.
