Alan Zhou

Alan Zhou has a total work experience of more than 15 years. Alan started their career at Apple as a System Engineer in 2003 and worked there until 2010. In this role, they provided support for iOS and macOS enterprise solutions and resolved customer issues.

From 2011 to 2014, Alan worked at Squaretrust as a Senior Consultant.

In 2014, they joined 奇虎360 as a Mobile Security Consultant. In this role, they maintained the enterprise mobility architecture framework and supported vertical customers in building their own mobility IT system.

In 2016, Alan joined TrustArc as a System Administrator, where they are currently employed.

Alan Zhou obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Shandong University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In addition, they obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they became an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and a Sun Certified System Administrator from Sun Microsystems. In 2003, they obtained a Sun Certified Data Center System Engineer certification. In 2004, they became an Apple Certified Help Desktop Specialist from Apple. The following year, in 2005, they obtained a Brocade Certified Fabric Professional certification from Brocade. In 2006, they became an Apple Certified System Administrator from Apple, and in 2007, they earned another Apple Certified System Administrator certification. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification from Cisco.
