Queency Doroy

Queency Doroy is currently working as an Associate Privacy Solutions Manager at TrustArc since May 2022. Prior to this role, in 2019, they established and managed a local tea shop as the Cafe General Manager/Co-Owner. Starting from scratch, they successfully launched the shop in December 2019 and achieved a return on investment in just three months of operation. Before their entrepreneurial venture, Queency worked at 1&1 IONOS from 2011 to 2019, initially as a Technical Support Representative, providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting assistance to web hosting customers. Queency was consistently recognized as a top agent during this time. Later, they took on roles as a Quality Assurance Officer, where they implemented quality improvement initiatives and evaluated customer support cases, and as a Continuous Improvement Officer, where they organized and documented internal processes and facilitated streamlining across different markets.

Queency Doroy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Cebu Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011. Queency also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Spartan Business Consulting and Training Services in November 2018.
