With previous experience in talent acquisition and HR roles at ALTEN Sweden, Sofia has a solid background in recruitment, leadership, and process improvement. Prior to that, Sofia gained experience in customer service and shop management roles at various companies. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Linköping University.
