Lyall Cresswell

Lyall Cresswell is a prominent entrepreneur with extensive experience in the transport and logistics sector. As the Founder and CEO of Transport Exchange Group since 2000, Cresswell has developed a leading online freight exchange platform for couriers and logistics operators in the UK, serving 8,000 businesses. Additionally, Cresswell founded Trustd in 2021 to enhance digital security and identity verification in the industry. Cresswell also holds CEO positions at CX Euro, which addresses the European time-critical and FTL market, and as President of CX North America Inc, providing logistics technology across North America. In 2023, Cresswell joined the Advisory Board of Marketplace Risk, focusing on risk management and safety in digital marketplaces. Earlier in their career, Cresswell served as Director at Mailpack Worldwide, a specialist forwarder sold to Seabourne PLC. Cresswell has a BSc in Architecture from UCL and attended Nottingham High School.
