Trusted Cofounder is an AI cofounder intelligence platform for Finland's startup ecosystem.

We solve a specific problem: finding a cofounder in Finland means cold LinkedIn DMs, networking events, and hoping someone in your circle knows someone. It takes months, the information is unverified, and it favors people who already have large networks.

How it works:
1. Connect your LinkedIn, GitHub, or startup website. Our AI reads your real track record.
2. The AI builds a deep capability profile and surfaces what your startup is missing, including gaps you haven't articulated.
3. You get a ranked shortlist of cofounders whose verified strengths fill exactly those gaps.

This is not keyword matching or self-reported skill tags. Our engine scores cofounder compatibility across four dimensions: complementarity, commitment alignment, gap coverage, and location.

Who builds here:
• Operations leaders and finance professionals seeking verified technical cofounders
• Developers and AI engineers seeking founders with commercial traction
• Students and early-career builders seeking founding team opportunities
• Serial entrepreneurs assembling their next team

91 members across Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu, and Turku. Members include Wolt alumni, serial founders, Kasvu Open participants, and university builders.
