Patrick Serpico

Patrick Serpico has over 30 years of experience in the field of project and program management. Patrick began their career in 1987 as the Director of System Liaison and Control at Prudential Financial. In 1998, they joined MetLife as a Program and Project Professional, where they held various project and leadership positions within the Information Technology organization. In 2016, they became the Program Manager at SE2, LLC, where they improved program governance and established consistent oversight and reporting status of individual projects and program finances. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Robert Half as a Program and Project Manager assigned to MetLife, where they managed multiple leading edge vendor projects in support of the Service Care and Sales organizations. Currently, they are the Migration Solutions Project Manager at Trusted Data Solutions.

Patrick Serpico holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pace University in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Saint Peter's College in Accounting. Patrick also has obtained additional certifications in SAFe 4 Agilist from SAFe in July 2018, ITIL Foundations Certification from ITIL in June 2014, and PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2015.
